a. On The Green (“we”) are the promoters and organisers of On The Green (“the event”) in Peterborough, focusing on creating a safe and enjoyable festival experience.
b. These terms and conditions ensure the safety and security of everyone at The Embankment event series, part of our family-friendly music festival lineup.
c. By purchasing a ticket or accepting a guest ticket for the event from any outlet and entering the event as a ticket holder or guest, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
d. We reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be published on the On The Green Fest 2025 website and at the entrances.
a. On The Green is an all-ages, family-friendly event.
b. Proof of age (recognized photographic ID) may be required on entry and to purchase alcohol. A Challenge 25 policy applies at bars.
c. Babes in arms are not permitted at certain events, so please check each show’s specific details.
a. Only tickets bought from listed ticket sites are valid for entry. Check our official On The Green Fest website for authorized agents.
b. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Re-sale or attempted re-sale is disallowed unless via listed sites. Violations may result in canceled tickets and refused entry without compensation.
c. A maximum of eight tickets is allowed per transaction.
d. Tickets, wristbands, or other forms of accreditation remain the property of the event and may be recalled at any time.
e. Ticket holder names must be provided at purchase. No name changes are permitted afterward.
f. Tickets may not be used as part of any promotion or advertising campaign without written permission.
g. We are not liable for tickets that have been lost or stolen.
h. Those collecting at the box office must bring the payment card and confirmation code. If someone else collects, written authorization from the cardholder plus their own ID is required.
a. Re-admittance is allowed. Please ensure you have everything needed to enjoy your day at On The Green Fest.
b. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. A refund will be provided in such cases.
c. All attendees must consent to a security search of persons, clothing, and bags. Confiscated items will be disposed of, and no storage facilities are available.
d. Further searches may be conducted if there is reasonable suspicion that event rules have been breached.
e. Certain items are prohibited at On The Green Fest to ensure a safe festival environment. A full list is posted on our website; we reserve the right to ban any other item that may compromise security.
You may not bring external food or drink (including alcohol) into the event, except sealed water bottles (maximum 500ml).
No other liquids are permitted, aside from suncream in tubes up to 50ml or additional sealed water.
A mandatory search is in place. Any discovered drugs will result in ejection and police involvement. “Legal highs” are strictly banned, and possessing or supplying psychoactive substances can incur legal penalties.
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted at the festival site.
No unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is allowed.
Bags larger than A4 are prohibited. No cloakroom facilities are available. Gate security may allow nappy/changing bags for young children at their discretion.
These items are considered dangerous or disruptive and are not permitted:
a. Any behavior that endangers yourself, other attendees, or staff will result in ejection from this family-friendly music festival.
b. Moshing, crowd surfing, or climbing on structures is strictly prohibited.
c. We will not tolerate anti-social or abusive conduct of any kind.
d. No refunds will be offered in cases of ejection due to misconduct.
On The Green strives to be a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space for all. We have zero tolerance for offensive language or discrimination (homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, ableism, etc.); any violation will lead to immediate ejection.
a. By attending On The Green, you consent to photography, filming, and recording for promotional or media purposes. Content may be used worldwide and indefinitely.
b. CCTV will operate on-site. Detailed information about its purpose and control is available at the entrances.
c. Unauthorised filming or photography is not allowed. Professional equipment may be refused at entry.
a. Only those with explicit authorisation from On The Green may conduct trading or commercial activity on site.
b. Flyering, postering, or any other marketing without permission is prohibited.
a. Artists may not appear in the order listed.
b. Our music and attraction lineup is subject to change. As a multi-stage event, no refunds are available for program changes or artist cancellations.
c. Some performances may involve strobe lighting, lasers, and special effects.
d. Exposure to loud music can harm hearing—please take precautions.
e. Smoking is prohibited in enclosed spaces.
f. On The Green is an outdoor festival. Dress appropriately for weather changes, as no refunds will be granted for adverse conditions.
g. The event is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please visit the Welfare tent if you need to report any loss.

If you require accessibility support, here’s what to know: This is an open-air venue with limited paved paths, but we do our utmost to accommodate all access needs.

One person per ticket & Access Card. Your PA does not require a separate ticket.
